DIGITAL CONTENT WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to digital content supplied without a tangible medium, including ebooks, PDFs, templates, files and digital downloads.

1. Right of withdrawal in the European Union

If you purchase as a consumer in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the order is concluded, without giving any reason and without incurring costs, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement at udenaro@gmail.com, preferably including your name, order number and the product purchased. You may use any unambiguous wording; no specific form is required.

2. Immediate supply and loss of the right of withdrawal

You may request that the supply of the digital content begin immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. Before supply begins, you must also expressly acknowledge that, once the download, access or streaming starts, you will lose your right of withdrawal for that digital content.

Where both confirmations have been obtained and supply has begun, the right of withdrawal for that digital content is excluded, as provided by EU law and Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code. We will provide confirmation of the order and of your declarations on a durable medium, such as by email or in the order confirmation.

If either confirmation has not been obtained, or if supply has not begun, the 14-day right of withdrawal remains available.

3. Refunds

Where the right of withdrawal validly applies, we will refund all payments received within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. No physical return is required for digital content. Following a refund, we may disable access to the content, and you must stop using or sharing it.

4. Legal guarantee and other statutory rights

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal after immediate supply begins does not limit the legal guarantee of conformity or any other mandatory rights available under applicable law. If the digital content is defective, does not match its description or does not function correctly, contact us at udenaro@gmail.com and include your order number and a description of the issue.
